Cinnamon cupcakes are my personal favourite. I started looking on the internet and baking until I found the perfect recipe that I wanted to share with you. After tasting these delicious treats, you will start making them every weekend; trust me! (I got this recipe from BBC Good Food).

Ingredients:
110g butter, softened
110g caster sugar
110g self rising flour
2 medium eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 heaped tbsp cinnamon
1 pinch of cocoa powder (nesquik also ok)
Pinch of baking soda
Method
Preheat the oven to 180C/ 350F / Gas 4. Line a small cupcake tin with fairy cake cases.
Put the butter and caster sugar in a bowl and beat until pale and fluffy.
Sift the flour into the bowl.
Beat the eggs and vanilla until just combined and add to the bowl.
Add the cinnamon, cocoa powder and baking soda.
Spoon the mixture into the paper cases. Bake for 18 to 20 minutes until risen and firm to the touch.
Let cool and enjoy!
